2023 WSSA Online Player Application

Instructions:

• Please fill out all pages of the application and agree to the Waiver before submitting the application.
• Please scroll to the top of each page so as not to miss any information.
• Applications and payment for returning players are due Tuesday, March 1, 2023.
• Applications for new players are due by March 15, 2023.
• After the deadline, you will be charged a $15 Late Fee. Online Applications also require a $3.00 convenience fee to cover processing. Payment information is on the last page of this form.
