Born of fire, tested by ice, confirmed by legions of loyal guests each day, LongHorn Steakhouse® has grown to become the undisputed home for great steak done right. Founded in 1981 in Atlanta, Georgia, the restaurant began with one man's passion for perfect steak but had very few guests to convince. Then a freak snowstorm hit Atlanta in 1982, stranding motorists and drawing them to one of the only hospitable places available - a restaurant then called LongHorn Steaks Restaurant & Saloon. Tales of expertly grilled steaks soon spread like wildfire, and the legend of LongHorn was born.

Brooklyn Pizza

We are just a traditional pizzeria restaurant serving pizza, pasta, calzone, stromboli, hot sandwiches and rolls made fresh daily using our own homemade dough and sauce the same way we’ve been doing it in Brooklyn, New York since 1957.

We're two Sicilian boys from Texas who love to cook and eat. We love the Sicilian food our parents and grandparents cooked. We love the Creole and Southern food our family members picked up passing through Louisiana and stepping off the boat right on the dock in Galveston. And we love the Western food that's just part of being in Texas.  Food, you see, isn't only about food. It's not some big secret. It's something that just happens when all of our interconnected families get together-the Carrabbas and the Mandolas, plus anybody with enough good sense to marry in. You may be poor, went the saying a mere generation ago, but you'll never be hungry.

Tony Savas, known to friends and colleagues as “Tugboat Tony,” has been in the tugboat business for most of his life. Savas travels between Wilmington and Cape Canaveral, Florida, with his tugs that help maneuver commercial vehicles and Navy submarines.

Savas, who would often give away over 600 pounds of coffee yearly as gifts to clients, always thought of opening a coffee and bagel shop. Now he’s the proud owner of Tugboat Tony’s Bagel Café, which opened this past week in downtown Wilmington.
