Ogden Park Fields Available for Practice Starting August 4
Information relevant to the permissions/restrictions of softball field use at Odgen Park can be found below.  It is important to be aware of this information to make sure we observe the agreements we have with New Hanover County and the rules and bylaws of the WSSA.




Aug. 11th, 12th, 13th, 2026:

• These dates do fall under WSSA field use permits and will have scheduled team practices for Coastal & Legacy Divisions. Presidents and managers can work together to set up a time slot schedule for each team within their division, Coastal using Red & Blue fields, Legacy using Green & Yellow fields. Time window for field use under WSSA is 9:00 am until 2:00 pm.
  
• These dates are activities sanctioned under WSSA and fall under our field use permits with New Hanover County Parks Department.  These dates are simply team practices. There will be no umpires hired for these dates and any games played will have no bearing on the standings in their division.

• Open practice Aug 11th and 13th from 9 am to 12 noon on Field #1 at Olsen Park for all teams
• Second half will begin Tuesday Aug 18th with games starting at 9:30 am
